Easy business loans from direct investor site 'without the bank' strikes me we don't know who invests but is still perhaps better than many banks ethically....or too easy to be trusted? what do people think?

Looked at it, added £250K purchase price of the SCS building and £200K spent on adaptation....unaffordable over 5 years? at £9K per month payback! We need to look further if we are going for a commercial mortgage and/or longer repayment term.
