Hi Ilana,
It says that they're only funding projects in the most deprived 20% of urban areas: I used their 'postcode checker' and I don't think we're eligible (at either our current site or new). However, they do say they make exceptions when a location is near to their target and serves that community. A number of postcodes that belong to the Byker wall are eligible. There's a short questionnaire with a 10-day turnaround here --http://www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/global-content/programmes/england/reaching-communities-buildings-england -- if anyone wants to pursue.
