Here's a start in the 2 mins I have right now. it's just about imagining what some of the practicalities are in broad strokes and it might help us think about where money could come from...

2. Clear space suspended ceilings, make new high as possible insulated roof lining. - £10,000 (total guess!)
3. New electrical distribution and basic lighting. £15,000 (what it cost in 2006)
4. Fire Alarm no idea
5. new fire protected corridor up to roof along rear wall and exits with fire doors in it £10,000 (total guess)
6. Toilet block (with minimum provision for maximum capacity and accessible and for staff) £10,000 (total guess)
4. Accessible cinema auditorium and projection booth. £10,000 (total guess)
5. Bar and associated plumbing (needn't be an enclosed room) and stock room £5,000 (total guess)
6. Heating (minimum could be using current boilers) £10,000 (cost 16k last time including boilers)
7. Stage and lighting bars £2,000 (total guess)
8. Anciliary rooms (storage) Meeting/offices £5,000 (could be internal 'sheds' therefore cheap)
