One of the requirements of funders for getting capital grants is that our project complies with the RIBA 'Plan of Work' Stage 3. For example the Big Lottery 'Reaching Communities - buildings' fund requires this at stage 2 of a 3 stage application process for refurbishment capital costs (the building isn't eligible for purchase capital).
